We are working on the requirements necessary based on NYS and CDC guidelines. These policies will be updated as necessary and are subject to change.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Summer Camp Available for (8 weeks) July 6th-August 27th.  All Skill levels Beginner through Advanced! Ages 4yrs & up

CAMP SCHEDULE:

Full Day Camp: Mon-Thurs 9:00 am-3:00 pm

Half Day Camp: Mon-Thurs 9:00 am-12:30 pm

REGISTRATION:

-Online Registration is now available!

Full Day Camp: $276 (1st week) or $89 by the Day

Half Day Camp: $215 (1st week) or $59 by the Day

DISCOUNTS:

-Siblings receive 10% discount

-Military receive 10% discount. (ID must be provided at registration to receive discount)

-Multi Week Discount:

  • Enroll for 1-3 weeks: Full price (can apply sibling discount)
  • Enroll for 4-8 weeks: Each additional week will be discounted at 10% off

POLICIES:

Payment Options: Please specify which payment option in notes section of registration form or by emailing Devon at steppingstarinfo@gmail.com

-$50 Deposit is Due per week at the time of Registration to hold spot (NON REFUNDABLE).

-Camp by the Day: Full payment due upon registration.

Option 1:

  • Payment in full for all camps attending through credit/debit, checking account (EFT), check or cash. This must be paid at time of registration. (No refunds for camps PIF). A 5% service fee will be added to the total amount due for any payments made by credit/debit card. Credit/debit card payments must be set up by phone or email.

Option 2:

  • $50 non refundable deposit will be charged to account on file (checking account only) for each camp at the time of registration. Camp balance will be automatically charged to customers accounts 1 week prior to each camp week you are attending.  A 5% service fee will be added to the total amount due for any payments made by credit/debit card. Credit/debit card payments must be set up by phone or email.

Option 3:

  • $50 non refundable deposit will be charged to account on file for each camp at the time of registration. Camp balance may be paid by cash, check or credit/debit (by mail or appointment only) 1 week prior to each camp week you are attending. A 5% service fee will be added to the total amount due for any payments made by credit/debit card. Credit/debit card payments must be set up by phone or email.

Make ups:

-There are no make ups for missed camp days.

CANCELLATIONS:

-We will cancel your enrollment up to two weeks prior to camp week(s) attending. $50 deposit is NON Refundable. There are no refunds for camps PIF.

CAMP ATTIRE: What to Bring

-Campers need to bring a snack for (half day camp) and a snack & lunch for (full day camp)

-Campers should have flip flops or slip on shoes.

Gymnastics attire: We prefer leotards for girls, athletic wear or fitted shorts are optional – Shorts and T-shirts that can be tucked in for boys. 

  • No buttons, zippers, snaps, skirts, strings or loose fitting clothing
  • Gymnastics shoes and socks are preferred to bare feet
  • No jewelry,“fit bits” or watches
  • Long Hair Tied Back
  • No gum chewing
